Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Product Liability Attorney for a remote position based in Palo Alto, CA. The role involves defending product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in product liability and toxic tort cases, with a focus on industries such as AI, automotive, consumer products, and technology.

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multi-district litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and in Washington state or California.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Bar membership in relevant states.
