- Own the full contracting workflow from intake to execution via Link Squares.
- Serve as the primary legal resource for commercial contract review and negotiation.
Legal Collections:
- Manage collections for unpaid premiums and past-due invoices.
- Draft demand letters, coordinate with outside counsel, and resolve disputed accounts.
Corporate Governance:
- Assist with corporate record maintenance, board documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to provide practical legal guidance.
