Remote Product Liability Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Remote Product Liability Attorney to join their team in Seattle, Washington;
Los Angeles, California;
Palo Alto, California;
San Diego, California; or San Francisco, California. This role involves defending product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in product liability and toxic tort cases.

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multi-district litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

• At least 6+ years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and in Washington state or California.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Active bar membership in relevant states.
