A law firm seeks an attorney specializing in estate planning and governmental defense in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and innovative solutions to clients.
Duties- Provide legal counsel in estate planning and governmental defense matters.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings.
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license, in good standing.
- 0-10 years of experience in estate planning and governmental defense.
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
