Job Description Fully Remote Litigation Attorney - need to be located in California!
Location:
Oakland,CA, US
Experience: Mid Level
Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 per year
- Representing clients in employment litigation matters
- Conducting extensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in arbitrations and trials.
- Collaborating with team members to develop litigation strategies.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience
- Proficient in legal research, writing, and trial practice.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
