Junior Associate in Fintech and Crypto

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Junior Associate to join their Fintech and Crypto team. This remote position is open to candidates worldwide, offering the opportunity to work with founders and high-growth companies on innovative digital asset projects.

• Assist with client onboardings and account setups at financial institutions and crypto exchanges.
• Draft transaction and operational documents, including SAFTs and Token Warrants.
• Conduct legal research on regulatory frameworks for digital assets and blockchain businesses.
• Monitor industry trends and legal developments in blockchain and fintech.
• Support senior team members in advising clients on fundraising and regulatory matters.

• Law degree.
  1+ year of experience in crypto, fintech, venture capital, or corporate law.
• Understanding of fundraising structures and documentation.
• Familiarity with offshore jurisdictions used in the crypto industry.
• Knowledge of current crypto regulations in the U.S. and/or the EU.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• English proficiency at a confident B2 level or higher.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Personal interest in blockchain technology and digital assets.

• Russian language proficiency.
• Experience advising startups or Web3 projects.
