A law firm seeks a part-time, remote estate planning attorney licensed in New Jersey to support their trust and estate practice. This role involves reviewing and finalizing estate plans prepared by the internal team, ensuring quality and legal oversight.

• Review estate planning documents drafted by the paralegal team.
• Sign off on completed plans after confirming accuracy and alignment with client goals.
• Provide custom language or revisions for non-standard client needs.
• Communicate with the client services team on drafting-related questions or adjustments.

• Active New Jersey law license.
• 3+ years of experience with drafting and reviewing estate plans.
• Familiarity with Wealth Counsel is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to review efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a distributed team.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Active New Jersey law license.
