AMG is partnering with a highly regarded litigation boutique to identify a Litigation Associate to join its Employment & General Litigation practice. This role offers hands‑on litigation experience across all phases of a case, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. • Handle employment and general litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis in support of case strategy
• Participate in depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
• Work closely with partners, clients, experts, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes
