The Litigation Attorneywillhandlearangeofcivillitigationmatters ,

assistwithforeclosure-related litigation,prepareandreviewpleadings,appearincourtas

needed,andworkcollaborativelywithattorneysandstafftomovemattersefficiently

toward resolution.

Practicalknowledgeofnavigating Floridacourtsisrequired. Experience

with creditors’rights,including foreclosure,real estate,orrelatedlitigation,is preferred.

Licensetopracticelawin Florida required.

• Handlecivillitigationmattersin Florida courts,including foreclosure-relatedlitigationandothercreditor-related disputes.
• Draft,review,andrevisepleadings,motions,declarations,correspondence,andotherlitigation-related documents.
• Monitorcaseprogress,evaluatelegalandproceduralissues,anddeveloppracticalstrategiestomovemattersefficientlytowardresolution.
• Appearincourt,attend hearings,communicatewithclientsandopposingcounsel,andassistwithcasestrategyasneeded.

• Civillitigationexperience,includingdraftingpleadings,motion practice,court appearances,case analysis,andclientcommunication.
• Practicalknowledgeof Floridacourtprocedures,local rules,filing requirements,hearing practice,andcivillitigationworkflows.
• Experiencewithcreditors’rights,foreclosure,realestatelitigation,orrelatedfinancialserviceslitigationpreferred.
• Activemembershipingoodstandingwiththe Florida Bar .

• Demonstrateahighdegreeofprofessionalism,sound judgment,andintegrityinall
• client,court,andinternalinteractions.
• Applystronganalytical,organizational,and problem-solvingskillstosupport
• effectivecasehandlingandtimelymatterresolution.
• Proficiencywithlegaltechnology,casemanagementsystems,Microsoft Office applications,andothergeneralofficetools.
