Location: New York
- Join a small, high-performing Workers' Compensation Defense unit in West Palm Beach.
- Work in close contact with the Managing Partner on case strategy and litigation approach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a defense caseload from intake through resolution with autonomy.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Review medical records and evidence to build strong defense positions.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of defense litigation experience; workers' comp preferred.
- Active Florida Bar membership and Juris Doctor degree.
