Corporate Attorney | $90-150/hr | Remote | Contractor
About the Rolemicro1 is looking for a corporate attorney to work as a remote contractor. This is a specialist legal role focused on US corporate law, legal research, document analysis, and drafting.
What the Work Involves- Legal research and analysis across US corporate law, litigation, bankruptcy law, and compliance
- Drafting and analyzing legal documents
- Legal writing and annotation, including translating complex legal information into clear language
- Developing guidelines and providing instructional input
- Quality assurance review of legal work
- Strong background in US corporate law, litigation, and bankruptcy law
- Excellent legal reasoning, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Editorial and legal writing skills
- Comfortable collaborating with others and explaining complex legal concepts
This is a contractor position paying $90-150/hr work is fully remote.
