Remote Product Liability Attorney

A law firm seeks a Remote Product Liability Attorney in Austin, TX. This role offers a reduced schedule of 1,400 hours annually and is a non-partnership track position. The attorney will manage cases with autonomy and provide legal services to clients in various industries, including AI, automotive, consumer products, and more.

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multi-district litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

• 6+ years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and a state with a firm office or eligibility to waive in.
• Willingness to work on west coast time if not located in the west coast region.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
