Pre-Litigation Attorney Remote

A law firm seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team remotely, representing employees in Minnesota and Illinois. The role involves working closely with the lead pre-litigation attorney to build and resolve cases efficiently.

• Manage assigned tasks from start to completion.
• Provide negotiation support, including drafting valuation memos and response letters.
• Communicate with clients promptly, delivering updates and news.
• Gradually take on more responsibilities as skills develop.

• Admission to practice in Minnesota or Illinois, or eligibility within 12 months.
• Proven ability to persuade and influence others.
• Capacity to manage workload and meet deadlines independently.
• Willingness to receive and apply direct feedback.
• Interest or experience in plaintiff-side employment law is advantageous.
• Negotiation experience is beneficial.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

• Bar admission in Minnesota or Illinois, or eligibility within 12 months.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
