Duties Handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution.

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

Work on motor vehicle, premises liability, and other negligence cases.

Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to resolve claims.

Appear at hearings, mediations, and depositions.

Requirements Active California State Bar membership.

Minimum 1 year of personal injury litigation experience.

Experience with discovery in the civil litigation context.

Experience evaluating damages, working with medical records and liens, and negotiating settlements.

Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Ability to independently draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Ability to manage a busy caseload.

Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications Active membership in the California State Bar.
