Remote Product Liability Attorney

A law firm seeks a Remote Product Liability Attorney in Denver, CO. This role offers a reduced schedule of 1,400 hours annually and is a non-partnership track position. The attorney will work remotely, managing cases with autonomy and providing excellent client service.

• Manage product liability or commercial litigation cases independently.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multi-district litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product liability or commercial litigation.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and eligibility to waive into a state where the firm has an office.
• Willingness to work on west coast time if located outside the west coast region.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
