A law firm seeks an Employment and Labor Partner Attorney with a portable book of business to join their expanding offices in Florida. This position is open to candidates who prefer remote work but are based in Florida.
Duties- Represent employers in a full range of labor and employment matters.
- Provide strategic partnership focused on risk management and compliance counseling.
- Offer day-to-day guidance and employment counseling.
- Handle traditional labor relations and defense of claims.
- 8+ years of experience in employment and labor matters.
- Ability to manage client relationships and handle matters independently.
- Portable book of business required.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Admission to the Florida bar.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
CertificationsLicensed to practice law in Florida.
