Duties- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions.
- Prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice in Florida.
- Experience in civil litigation areas such as product liability or insurance defense.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Florida Bar admission.
- Effective writing and strategic thinking.
