We are seeking professional and engaged participants for a temporary Focus Group opportunity in the legal services industry. This remote legal focus group will support preparation for an upcoming case by gathering community feedback on attorney presentations, case evidence, and arguments from both sides.
Candidates must reside in Visalia, Fresno, or surrounding areas and be available to participate on camera during the scheduled session.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a remote legal focus group related to an upcoming wrongful death case.
- Listen carefully to attorneys present case information, evidence, and arguments from both sides.
- Share clear, honest, and respectful feedback during group discussions.
- Engage in deliberations with other participants in a professional manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on camera.
- Follow session guidelines and remain attentive throughout the full scheduled time.
- Compensation: $20.00.
- Date:
Saturday, October 3rd. - Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Remote participation via video conferencing. - Geographic requirement:
Must reside in Visalia, Fresno, or surrounding areas. - For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, Apple One is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
- Participate in a structured remote legal focus group session.
- Review and respond to attorney presentations, evidence, and case arguments.
- Provide thoughtful feedback and participate in group deliberations.
- Maintain active engagement for the full scheduled session.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience.
- Must be comfortable speaking openly and respectfully in a group setting.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance on camera.
- Must have a reliable computer or tablet with a working webcam and microphone.
- Must have a stable internet connection for video conferencing.
- Must reside in Visalia, Fresno, or surrounding areas.
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to consider multiple perspectives.
- Prior experience participating in focus groups, jury research, surveys, panels, or structured feedback sessions.
- Comfortable discussing legal, community, or case-related topics in a professional setting.
- Ability to provide clear, balanced, and thoughtful opinions during group discussion.
