Associate Litigation Attorney

We are working with a fast-growing business & civil litigation law firm that is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join their civil litigation team in Phoenix!

This role is ideal for an attorney ready to take ownership of their caseload, work closely with clients, and gain hands‑on litigation experience from start to finish.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Maintain regular client communication and case updates
• Prepare for and participate in arbitrations and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience (Arizona preferred)
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, filings, and competing case demands
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team

Billable hour requirement: 130-150 hours/month based on years of experience
