QME Deposition Associate Attorney California Licensed - Remote

A law firm seeks a QME Deposition Associate Attorney to join their team in Burbank, CA. This remote position involves representing clients in workers' compensation cases by preparing for and conducting Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) depositions. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Review case files to assess status and identify resolution opportunities.
• Prepare deposition strategy and questions.
• Conduct QME depositions, both applicant-set and defense-set.
• Document findings and recommendations in the case management system.
• Manage exhibits and make strategic decisions during depositions.
• Maintain accurate case files and communicate with team members.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active California law license.
• 1+ years of experience in workers' compensation litigation preferred.
• Knowledge of California workers' compensation procedures and QME processes.
• Experience in a workers' compensation defense or applicant firm is a plus.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Active member of the State Bar of California.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
