Associate Attorney Workers Compensation Remote

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join their team in Burbank, CA. The position is remote, and candidates must be California State Barred and reside in California. The firm is dedicated to advocating for employees' rights, focusing on workers' compensation and employment law.

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions.
• Handle invoicing for depositions.
• Respond to client inquiries and move matters towards resolution.
• Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
• Participate in team events and provide feedback to management.

• Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments.
• Experience with doctors' depositions preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Juris Doctor degree required.

California State Bar membership required.
