A law firm seeks an experienced Remote Litigation Partner to join their team in Greensboro, NC. This role offers a fully remote work arrangement and focuses on serving public and private clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, and the surrounding market.
Duties- Provide legal counsel and representation in various litigation matters.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize case management.
- Contribute to the firm's growth in the regional market.
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
- Possess a portable book of business.
- Minimum of eight years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
- Expertise in Employment & Labor,
- Insurance Coverage,
- Toxic Tort and Environmental Law,
- Business & Commercial Litigation,
- Product Liability,
- Management and Professional Liability,
- General Liability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
