Responsibilities:
- Review appeal requests, briefs, and hearing records, applying CMS guidance.
- Evaluate jurisdictional and substantive issues, providing final quality review.
Qualifications:
- Requires bachelor's degree, 10+ years experience, and 5+ years drafting legal briefs.
- Preferred JD and experience with federal hearing officers.
