Job Description
What you will be doing:- Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Work closely with attorneys.
- Utilize litigation technology and court filing systems.
- Experience with civil litigation cases.
- Proficiency with CM/ECF filing (Federal and State).
- Experience with billing and ABA task codes.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience with a litigation document management system.
- Communication and writing skills.
