Corporate Paralegal; Fully Remote

• Support Board and committee processes, including meeting materials, minutes, consents, and governance records.
• Oversee corporate records, subsidiary entities, annual filings, and registered agent compliance.
• Assist with financings, secondary transactions, equity administration, and diligence processes.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and transaction support.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to handle confidential matters.
• Annual base salary range of $126,000 - $149,000, adjusted for location and experience.
• Pre-IPO stock options and additional benefits package.
