A law firm seeks an experienced mid‑to‑senior level attorney to join their Professional Consulting Practice Group in Wilmington, DE. The role involves providing risk management and claims monitoring services, with a focus on large complex infrastructure projects across the United States and Canada.

• Provide specialized risk management and claims avoidance advice.
• Conduct contract reviews and seminars.
• Investigate, evaluate, and monitor defense of complex professional liability claims.
• Act as a liaison to underwriters and senior claim adjusters.
• Offer strategic input and evaluate defense strategies.
• Develop and manage resolution strategies.
• Interface with clients, insurers, and other project participants.
• Negotiate resolution of claims.
• Evaluate and manage significant complex construction disputes and litigation matters.
• Engage in risk management of high‑value claims on large projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and industry experts to resolve complex disputes.

• Experience in complex civil litigation, claims management, or the design/construction industry.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in any of the 50 United States.
• Interest in construction projects.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
