Attorneys with union-side labor experience are strongly encouraged to apply. We also welcome candidates from plaintiffs' employment law, public interest law, general litigation, or arbitration who bring a demonstrated commitment to workers' rights.

  • Handle arbitrations, administrative hearings, advocacy, and negotiations
  • Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and pleadings
  • Communicate effectively with union clients, workers, and firm leadership
  • Support the firm's labor and employment practice across public and private sectors

What You'll Bring

  • JD from an ABA-approved law school
  • Strong writing, oral advocacy, and client communication skills
