Allcock & Marcus, LLC is seeking an experienced Conveyance Attorney with 3+ years of residential and/or commercial real estate experience to join our firm.
Responsibilities- Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to post-closing
- Review and clear title issues
- Draft and review purchase and sale agreements
- Conduct closings and represent lenders and buyers/sellers
- Coordinate with lenders, realtors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts real estate laws and regulations
- Minimum of 3+ years of conveyancing experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
- Strong knowledge of title review and clearance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with lender representation preferred
