Contextual OverviewBowman and Brooke LLP is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Product Liability Practice Group in the Columbia, SC office. The firm is a nationally recognized litigation practice defending high-stakes product liability and complex litigation matters for Global 500 and internationally based companies.
Key Eligibility Criteria- JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the South Carolina Bar.
- 2+ years of litigation experience.
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures.
- Handle day-to-day case development, including depositions, direct client engagement, and collaboration with technical experts.
- Manage critical discovery tasks and draft and argue motions.
- Support partners on strategic litigation planning through trial preparation and execution.
