Our client exclusively is handling divorce and family law matters. The firm provides personalized legal representation in areas including divorce, custody, alimony, domestic violence, and post-judgment disputes. • Minimum 3 years of New Jersey family law experience;
• Ability to run a case independently from start to finish;
• Strong research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills;
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented;
• Strong work ethic and time-management skills; and
• A team player who also takes ownership of their work.
• Handle Family Law matters from inception through resolution;
• Manage a caseload including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and post-judgment matters;
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements; and
• Conduct Court appearances, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
