Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year

As a M&A Lawyer / Debt Finance Associate on our team, we are looking for:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to MI state bar
- One to three years of experience in finance, corporate, or another related transactional practice preferred.
- Willingness to work onsite in Grand Rapids at least 3 days per week
