Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico (Hybrid / Onsite Preferred; Remote Considered)

Compensation: $140,000 - $275,000 base salary + bonus

Hours: 1,900 annually

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Albuquerque office. The firm is open to attorneys across multiple experience levels and is particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in general civil litigation.

The position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse litigation caseload within a large, established national platform. Hybrid or onsite work in Albuquerque is preferred, although fully remote arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses
• Develop case strategy and advise clients
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with attorneys across a national platform

• Active New Mexico Bar membership required
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Experience in general civil litigation, employment, construction, personal injury defense, insurance defense, or related litigation considered
• Strong writing, research, advocacy, and case-management skills
• Ability to independently manage matters and work collaboratively
• Trial experience is helpful but not required

• Competitive base salary of $140,000 - $275,000 + bonus, depending on experience
