A law firm seeks an Attorney specializing in workers compensation defense in Edwardsville, IL. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing efficient and effective legal representation.
Duties- Represent clients in workers compensation defense cases.
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license, in good standing.
- 0-10 years of experience in workers compensation defense.
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
