Job OverviewA law firm seeks a mid to senior level associate to join the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice in Newark. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in advising, litigating, and investigating employment and labor issues, as well as drafting and reviewing employment policies and documents. Experience with employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, is preferred.

• Advise clients on employment and labor issues.
• Litigate employment-related cases.
• Investigate workplace safety concerns.
• Draft and review employment policies and documents.
• Assist with employment aspects of business transactions.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Trial experience is a plus.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
