The role primarily focuses on family law, probate, and guardianship matters, with options to handle civil litigation or criminal defense cases based on experience. Regular court appearances in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties are required.

• Handle a caseload focused on probate, guardianship, and family law matters.
• Support or handle matters in civil litigation or criminal defense depending on legal background.
• Represent clients and attend court sessions across DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties.
• Collaborate with in-office attorneys, paralegals, and administrative support personnel.

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience and production target).
• Benefits & Bonus: 10% origination bonus, 50% employer-paid health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, dental insurance, and 15 days of PTO.
• Work Mode: Full-time (Remote / Hybrid available, with regular in-office and court presence in Illinois).
