We're Hiring: REAL ESTATE - COMMERCIAL LITIGATOR!
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigator specializing in real estate to join our team in Concord, United States. If you have a proven track record and deep expertise in commercial litigation related to real estate matters, we want to hear from you. This is a work-from-office position for candidates with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Role: REAL ESTATE - COMMERCIAL LITIGATOR
What You'll Do:- Represent clients in commercial real estate disputes
- Draft legal documents and pleadings
- Conduct legal research on real estate laws and regulations
- Negotiate settlements and agreements
- Manage cases through all stages of litigation
- Advise clients on risk management and compliance
- Minimum 8 years of commercial litigation experience
- In-depth knowledge of real estate law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage complex cases independently
