Corporate Associate​/Senior Associate - Investment Management Private Funds and Family Offices

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate with expertise in investment management, private funds, and family offices to join their team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in representing investment managers and sponsors in the formation and operation of various private funds.

• Represent investment managers in forming and operating private funds.
• Draft and negotiate investment management and fund-related documents.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Structure and document family office investments and services.
• Negotiate and document direct investments and co-investment transactions.
• Manage sophisticated legal matters and client relationships.
• Supervise junior attorneys and collaborate with clients.

• Minimum of six years of experience in investment management or related fields.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
• Experience in managing client relationships independently.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bar admission in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
