Sr. Immigration Attorney

The Law Office of Abhisha Parikh is looking for an Immigration Attorney with 5+ years of experience, including immigration court and removal defense, to join our growing team.

• No billable-hour quota — attorneys track time for case management and firm operations, but your success isn’t defined by hitting a traditional billable target
• Hybrid flexibility: in-person at our Edison office (10 min drive from nearest train station)
• $120,000–$150,000 salary, based on experience
• Medical stipend
• Experienced support team with skilled paralegals and staff to help keep your cases moving
• Autonomy to manage your own cases with leadership support when you need it

• Leadership opportunity to mentor and develop paralegals and support staff

• Manage immigration matters from open through resolution
• Handle family- and employment-based immigration, including Adjustment of Status, H-1B, E-2, and nonimmigrant visas
• Represent clients in immigration court and removal proceedings
• Manage matters before USCIS and EOIR
• Develop legal strategy and counsel clients
• Conduct prospective client consultations as needed
• Lead and mentor paralegals and support staff

• 5+ years of immigration law experience
• Strong legal writing, communication, and client-management skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and deadlines
• Growth mindset and leadership instincts
