Position: Remote Workers’ Comp Defense Attorney (Ohio Licensed)

McDaniel Law Services, LLC is seeking an Attorney to join its Workers’ Compensation Defense practice. The attorney will manage a caseload, appear before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and courts, and handle hearings with direct client interaction in a hybrid work setup.

Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio. Experience in workers’ compensation or related litigation is preferred; strong research, writing, and communication skills are required.
