• Manage legal cases from inception to resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice and strategic counsel to clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and document interpretation.
• Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.
• Communicate regularly with clients to relay updates and strategies.

• Active NJ Bar license.
• 1+ years of general liability defense experience.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Proven track record in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
