is seeking its first Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as the embedded legal partner for Product and Engineering, with emphasis on AI governance, privacy, and payments. You will advise on data practices, model risk, and regulatory requirements from concept through launch.
This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States, with preference for SF Bay Area or NYC-based candidates, and reports to the Head of Legal. You will build scalable playbooks and negotiate vendor agreements.
