Litigation Attorney

A full-service regional law firm in North Seattle is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team, to work on a variety of matters including employment law, real estate disputes, contract disputes, construction litigation and other civil and commercial cases.

The base salary range for this position is 135k-200k DOE with additional uncapped bonus earnings tied to personal revenue collected. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance (all 100% paid premiums by the firm); participation in the company's 401(k) plan with employer contributions up to 4%, unlimited days of paid vacation, 1 hour of paid sick leave per 40 hours worked, and 9 paid holidays per calendar year.

They offer a hybrid style environment with two days to work from home weekly (if desired) after completing onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings and counsel clients
• Conduct legal research
• Interpret laws and rulings
• Confer with colleagues with specialty in certain areas for optimal client outcomes
• Draft all necessary legal documents relating to clients' cases in a timely and consistent manner
• Represent clients in court, alternate dispute resolution and trial
• Meet an annual billable hour expectation of 1680
