Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a Conflicts Staff Attorney to support our teams in multiple offices. The role is temporary (3–6 months) with potential to convert to full-time; fully remote within reasonable commuting distance from any office.
You will screen new matters and provide conflict analysis to assist attorneys in pursuing new engagements. The ideal candidate has a JD, 3+ years of conflict analysis experience in a large law firm, and knowledge of conflict-of-interest rules.
