Employment Locum Solicitor / Legal Executive | Fully Remote | Duration: 6-9 Months | Competitive Hourly Rate | Private Practice

We are currently seeking an experienced Employment Locum to join a well-established and busy legal team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment specialist looking for a long-term locum assignment with a high volume and varied caseload.

You will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of predominantly respondent employment matters, with a particular focus on:

• High-volume Employment Tribunal claims
• Respondent employment law matters
• Insurance-backed employment litigation
  
  Negotiating settlements and supporting tribunal proceedings

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Employment Locum
• Have strong respondent employment law experience
• Be confident managing a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
• Have experience handling Employment Tribunal claims
• Ideally have previous exposure to insurance-backed employment work
• Be available to commence at short notice
