You will review and negotiate client engagement letters, handle NDAs and access letters, respond to RFPs, manage the legal department's intake process, and review commercial contracts including MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements, and government contracts.
You will provide day-to-day legal support to the Firm's directors, assist with templates and playbooks, and help implement AI
