Eisner Amper is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our in-house legal team and report to the Legal Directors.
In this role, you will review and negotiate client engagement letters, handle NDAs and access letters, respond to RFPs, manage the legal department's intake process, review commercial contracts such as MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements and government contracts, and provide day-to-day legal support to the Firm's directors.
