Senior Plaintiff Employment Litigation Associate - Atlanta, GA (Remote) -- Up to $120k Base + Partnership Track

Base Salary: $120,000+

The Role:

• Manage approximately 20--30 active matters initially.
• Draft briefs, dispositive motions and demand letters.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle court appearances and arbitration hearings.
• Lead settlement negotiations and assess case value.
• Prepare trial strategy and second-chair complex matters.
• Advise and communicate directly with executive and professional clients.

Core Requirements:

• Active Georgia Bar admission.
• At least five years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong plaintiff-side experience or highly transferable litigation skills.
• Experience with Title VII, ADA, FMLA and discrimination claims.
• Arbitration and settlement-negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage litigation independently.
• Stable employment history and strong commercial judgement.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta metropolitan area.
