• Assess and assign all open events related to fleet operations
• Verify proper authorization for dispatching service events
• Assign the nearest service provider for vehicle repairs
• Communicate estimated time of arrival to customers and follow their instructions
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues as they arise

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in dispatching for medium to heavy-duty vehicles or vehicle maintenance
• Strong knowledge of medium to heavy-duty vehicle dispatching
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Must clear a pre-employment drug test

• Degree in a related discipline or industry experience
• Additional certifications related to vehicle maintenance or dispatching
