Position SummaryThe Master Supply Planner is responsible for global finished good planning and production across multiple manufacturing sites. The Master Supply Planner will plan and drive execution of robust supply plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of materials and finished goods to meet customer demand. This role will also have a leadership role in designing and implementing business process best practices as well as a full suite of supply chain analytics.
The position requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead the monthly Supply Planning cycle for Finished Goods suppliers, integrating demand forecasts, manufacturing strategies, and inventory positions.
- Develop and execute global supply plans that align customer demand with production capabilities while optimizing inventory investment and total supply chain cost.
- Proactively assess end‑to‑end supply chain risks and constraints, and implement mitigation plans for supplier delays, material shortages, and logistics disruptions.
- Serve as the functional owner of Master Planning processes, data integrity, and governance within Supply Chain Planning systems.
- Analyze supply chain performance and build actionable insights through KPIs such as inventory turns, service levels, and on‑time delivery.
- Identify inefficiencies and gaps in operational processes, and lead cross‑functional teams to design and deploy scalable process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to resolve supply challenges and support business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent field preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in progressive roles in planning preferred.
- Strong analytical, statistical and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of MRP systems as well as John Galt.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Experience in a multi‑plant environment is preferred.
This position is an on‑site role, with 1 flex day per week of remote work.
Compensation DataThe salary range for this role is $120,300/year - $138,300/year.
The salary range listed is based on market data and internal benchmarks. Actual compensation may vary depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
