Position
Supply Planner – responsible for developing, owning, and executing the supply plan for a defined segment of the product portfolio. The Planner manages weeks of supply (WOS), slow‑moving obsolete goods (SMOG), finished goods availability, and influences landed product cost across a national network of supply and 3PL partners. The role requires proactive risk identification, root‑cause analysis, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Location& Schedule
Hybrid – working from home with onsite in White River Junction, VT roughly two days per month. Ideal candidates are located within a 2–3 hour drive of the office.
Pay$68,000 to $89,000 annual salary; commensurate with experience.

- Develop supply plans and forward projections to meet inventory targets, product availability, and inform procurement decisions.
- Manage plan execution and day‑to‑day performance for selected supply partners.
- Maintain and optimize planning parameters within company planning systems.
- Own supply outcomes (availability, WOS, SMOG, cost, service trade‑offs) for assigned product portfolios.
- Prioritize and direct escalated execution issues, setting resolution strategy and trade‑offs.
- Identify and communicate upstream supply chain risks, constraints, and inefficiencies; develop corrective action plans.
- Support supply chain commercialization initiatives: new site onboarding, capacity expansion, process improvements, launches, transitions, and discontinuations.
- Optimize inbound shipments to reduce freight costs and environmental impact.
- Manage finished goods Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycle and EDI/API transactions.
- Reconcile purchasing information records and report on key metrics.
- Implement and manage supply strategies to enhance end‑to‑end supply chain efficiencies.
- 3+ years of supply chain experience; CPG preferred.
- 3+ years of functional use of planning systems (MPS, MRP); SAP S/4
HANA preferred. - 3+ years of experience in automated Procure‑to‑Pay systems; ERP, EDI/API experience.
- Supply chain certification (e.g., APICS) preferred.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented mindset with root‑cause analysis skills.
- Technical proficiency with ERP, MPS, MRP, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Financial acumen related to inventory expense, freight, and cost drivers.
- Proactive problem‑solving and improvement orientation.
- Risk management and scenario planning skills.
- Process improvement and system optimization mindset.
- Change management and influencing capabilities.

Standard office environment with desk work, computer use, and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds. Remote work is accepted if standards are met.
